Manhattan – NYC: Two months after Mary Trump (55) claimed in her book “Too Much and Never Enough”, that her family cheated her out of her inheritance, and a little more than one month before the election, Ms. Trump made similar allegations today, in a civil suit against President Trump and his Family in Manhattan, at the State Supreme Court.

The lawsuit accuses her two uncles Donald and Robert Trump who died in August, and her aunt Maryanne Trump Barry, a retired federal judge, of conspiring among themselves and with several other parties, including a trustee appointed to act on Mary’s behalf, to give her “a stack of fraudulent valuations” and force her to sign a settlement agreement that “fleeced her of tens of millions of dollars or more.”

And the lawsuit says:

“Rather than protect Mary’s interests, they designed and carried out a complex scheme to siphon funds away from her interests, conceal their grift, and deceive her about the true value of what she had inherited,” .

At the first sentence of the lawsuit Mary Trumps says for the Trumps:

“Donald J. Trump, his sister Maryanne, and their late brother Robert, fraud was not just the family business—it was a way of life. Beginning in the 1980s, these siblings took control of the New York City real estate empire that their father Fred Sr. had built, and exploited it to enrich themselves at the expense of everyone around them. They concocted scheme after scheme to cheat on their taxes, swindle their business partners, and jack up rents on their low-income tenants”

Ms. Trump, claims to be one of Trump’s family’s victims. Her suit describes a plot against her, broken cinematically into three separate acts: “The Grift,” “The Devaluing” and “The Squeeze-Out.”

In her lawsuit she tells a story that began in 1981 when Fred Trump Jr, Mary Trump’s father, died unexpectedly, when she was only 16, with a “valuable minority stake in the family empire”. The story ends almost 40 years later, when Mrs. Trump says she discovered, with the help of reporters from the New York Times, that President Trump and his brothers “used their position of power to rid it of its interests.”

An attorney for the President, who is being sued in his personal capacity, didn’t immediately respond to a request from CNN for comment. Representatives for Barry and for the estate of Robert Trump didn’t immediately respond to requests for comment.
